Create a FB page

How do I make a Facebook Business page and link it to my Instagram account?

If you haven’t switched you IG to a business account yet, no worries. Making the page first is often easier! If you’ve already made an IG business account, then no worries either, we’ll show you how to make a page and link it:

Create your page

Go to your FB app
Tap the icon in the top right corner and then tap on “Pages”
Click on the “Create” icon
Fill out the information required (it can be as minimal as you want, and the easiest “Category” to select is ‘Cause’ or ‘Personal blog’)
Your page should now be created!

Link your page or double check and see if your page has connected correctly

Go to your FB app
Tap the icon in the top right corner and then tap on “Pages”
You should now see a list of “Pages you manage”
Click on the page that should be linked to your Instagram business account
Click on the “Edit page” button on the page bar
Scroll down the menu and select “Settings”
Scroll down the menu and select “Instagram”
If your account is not connected it, then please connect it
If your account is connected (you will see basic account information), please disconnect and then reconnect it

Now that you’ve completed the above, please try to log into the WYSPR app. If this doesn’t work and you’ve just connected it, you can disconnect your business page and re-connect it again. Sometimes this re-sets the connection!
